Terrible! I booked this place especially as the description for acrylic infills was described as being done by hand with a nail file as opposed to the electric drills you get in the Chinese places. I should’ve stuck to my local high street place and saved myself the drive and extra money. The staff talked to each other in another language which I find rude. The therapists were looking out of the window bored or on their phones and the owner tried to charge me extra for polish. I had to explain twice that according to Treatwell the extra was for gel polish which I didn’t want as I took my own colour.

Wash, cut & rough dry. The staff were very polite but didn’t really talk. Didn’t know who my hairdresser was until she got the scissors up to me and said “how do you want it cut?”
I requested to have my hair tidied up but I was expecting a little more than just having some length taken off.
There wasn’t anything particularly bad with my experience, I just didn’t think it was very good either.
