Have never been so unhappy with a haircut. Was not listened to by the hairdresser. She clearly had no skill or ability as she cut the same section over and over again and my hair is now uneven. Hair was left about 4 inches shorter than I wanted despite me telling her multiple times I did not want it too short. Asked for hair to be kept long with layers which she definitely did not know how to do and i have ended up with a hairstyle I did not want. Will not be going back

I’m very disappointed with the experience&the result.The process felt extremely slow and lacked precision—each roller had to be redone multiple times because it kept coming loose, and I was told the elastics didn’t properly fit the rollers. This didn’t give me much confidence during the treatment.
When I left the salon, the waves were already very weak, and once I got home my hair became almost completely straight again. Sadly, despite using perm chemicals, there is no visible result

Ashruti was professional and knowledgeable and did a good pedicure and gave good advice. Treatwell prices were incorrect and I ended up paying more as it didn't initially state the price was for a dry pedicure only. Others were unprofessional.
