I have been coming here regularly for over a year now but I'm afraid to say I might not be coming back for a while. The level of service you get depends on who does your treatments. They seem to have a lot of new staff and they rush your treatments. My pedicure was rough, I even bled. I paid extra for a different polish design but it wasn't done like how I usually get it done. They also missed out the stone massage part of the pedicure and I wasn't even offered a drink during the 1.5 hours I was there. Yet the people next to me were offered drinks and had the stone massage included in their pedicure. It's very disappointing to have a different level of service than other people and doesn't make you feel valued as a customer

After not being happy with my past nail extensions from another salon I thought I would try Lilly’s.
Very very happy with them. Staff were great, My appointment was on time, I was offered complimentary coffee on arrival, they were patient whilst I picked a few different colours to try and overall a quite clean and tidy salon. 5 stars!
