Very pleased with result. Cuticles were expertly trimmed with no peeling and polish was applied very well with a hairline gap. Not sure nail files were properly sanitised - this should have been done in front of me. My only gripe is that sanitisation - of everything - should have been more obvious and more thorough.

Outcome is brilliant. Technicians are very precise and can surely do their job well. Not the most welcoming and not the best ambience.. Can feel riushed at times and the smell of products in the air is very intense, especially in winter when the entrance door is shut. Still excellent value for money and I return regularly as the nails are done perfectly.

I went with my friend, for full set gel powder and shellac! We both were very happy about it! And staffs were so patient also one of the staff was able to explain the types of manicure that they do which makes it so much more easy for us!
