First time customer and had a poor and uncomfortable experience. The technician (male) was neither skilful or polite and made me feel as though it was a bother to do my nails. I had requested quite a simple design and was told no, which I respected. I settled for a simple French tip. The lines were really poorly done with an inconsistent shape and not neat or clean at all. For 42 pounds - it’s not service worth returning for.
