A good service as always- there was a mix up with my booking meaning I had to have my session over an hour late, but it was otherwise great.

Shellac color completely changed from pastel pink to dark orange after 2 days. Feels like many of their products are past their expiration date. After complaining they said the color change was due to using hand lotion (hydrating hand cream) which is an unacceptable explanation and first time this happens to me. At the end they agreed to remove the shellac and do a normal polish instead.. overall very time consuming and bad quality service.
