It is always a pleasure to see Aggeliki and get a deep tissue massage as the muscles in my back and neck are always so tight and painful, carrying the worries!
She always manages to find the sore points and release the pain.
She is knowledgeable and discreet, she creates a relaxed and trusting space for me to relax.
This week I also had a coaching session which was insightful and another way to release my stresses! She listens carefully before suggesting the best way forward for me.
