Deep tissue massage (30min) was -as always- so relaxing and moved energies around my body leaving me feeling relieved of stress and painful neck and shoulders!
Life coaching session: I wasn't sure this was for me but I am SO happy I gave it a go! We talked about different aspects of my life and started working on my nutrition.
