I was left waiting at reception desk for quite a while before I was acknowledged. I didn’t see person who I was booked in with, as she decided to do another customers nails, who had just walked in without an appointment. Also was not told that the chair had a massage that I could have used until pedicure was finished. It was a very hot enclosed room without ventilation.
