I booked a gel nail manicure but all I got was a gel polish - despite specifying what I wanted, and discussing the services. The polish was not capped and so peeled off within days.

The colour was chipped and lifting off after two days. Went back for them to be fixed and more was painted on over the top so the polish was now really thick. Three hours later I noticed that one nail was bare as the polish had lifted and fallen off in one piece and the others had all started to lift too. I will now be going on holiday tomorrow with bare nails. Really disappointed and a complete waste of money.
