They were overbooked and I was standing around for a while when I was called for a treatment. It took 3 different members of staff to complete my treatments. They charge you extra to paint your nails. The pedicure wasn’t good. However the manicure, colour & cut were as expected.

My appointment was a bit lost in translation in the beginning but was rectified straight away. I had a lovely hair trim and blow dry. She was a bit rough but nothing unpleasant. Will be returning in 3 months time x
