The salon was friendly and accommodating with my baby, which I really appreciated as a new mum. However, the haircut felt rushed and I left disappointed, especially for £70. I clearly asked Monica to only trim the damaged ends and keep the length, but much more was cut than requested. I also asked for layers, but the final result was mostly one length. The curls hid it initially, but once home it was obvious the cut wasn’t what I’d asked for. I’m very disappointed and this can’t be fixed!

One of the best salons I’ve ever been too, the prices are better than most salons for the quality of the service it’s always worth it. The staff pay attention to detail and are very friendly and welcoming. The whole staff team are very sweet, caring and listen to the customers. Whether it’s a balayage hair cut or blow dry, the results are perfection. The only salon I’ll be going back to.
