Elona was absolutely brilliant. I hadn’t properly cut my hair in a few years, so I was genuinely nervous walking in, but she immediately put me at ease. She was kind, reassuring and really thoughtful in how she approached the appointment.
I was seen exactly at my appointment time, which I really appreciated. No waiting around, no unnecessary delays. That matters to me more than people realise, it set the tone for a professional experience from the start. Great stylist and salon!

Monica is great. She's very warm, knew exactly what I meant about my colour, and worked fast. I've had root colour appointments last nearly 2 hours in other salons, and she did it in about half that! Most importantly, the colour is spot-on.
