I went for balayage but I got yellow highlights instead. I showed the hairdresser a picture of how my hair used to be when I got the balayage at a different salon but she barely looked at the picture. The price on treatwell for balayage was £120 for medium hair but she charges £25 for toner which is not mentioned anywhere. For balayage or highlights the toner is a must and this should be included in the price and not charged separately. The blow dry was rough so you dont go home with a wet hair
