All I needed really was a trim. I was taken to the shampoo station really quickly and my hair was washed. No head massage which was something I look forward to when visiting a hair salon.
I was then prepared for my haircut and asked if I wanted something to drink. I requested a glass of water which I did not receive.
The cut took a few minutes as I only needed a trim.
The styling was brief and I felt that considering the cut was quick, my £47 should have at least bought me more.

i’m not happy with my hair wasn’t what i asked for my hair is cut lob sided and not the style i wanted for my hair i would like to be refunded as im not happy with the quality i spent £200 and its not come out the way i asked for it
