First time in the new location which is great as there is lots of easy parking along with larger massage room so felt more relaxed. After a very busy week at work & lots of both gym & HIIT training I really needed a thorough massage as I was sore all over from DOMS . Although a little painful in certain areas I know it’s simply due to knots and tendons which need to be worked to help the repair process. Felt so much better and mellowed out afterwards.
