I’ve had some amazing massages at Thai Lemongrass, but I hate to say my last one will be my last at this venue.
The therapist seemed very preoccupied and distracted. I had booked an oil massage but was given a traditional Thai. I assumed it was my mistake so didn’t say anything but I had, indeed, booked an oil massage.
I had booked two hours, she took ages to come in after I had got ready, then about ten minutes in she left the room for a bit - muttering something. Then later on she left the room again. This made it feel very disjointed and I did not get a full two hours. When I left the premises, the time was five minutes before the time which would’ve made two hours. This means my massage must’ve been around 1hr 40 with the delayed start and leaving the room.
I was disappointed, and to add insult to this I had an email after a week saying it was a long time since my last massage and I should rebook. After receiving the wrong massage and less time than I should have, both of which the therapist must’ve known, to then receive a new booking email was really unacceptable
