The staff on the phone were quite rude, however in person they were fine. My manicurist in particular was really lovely, so it's difficult to know how to rate the staff above. I'd give my manicurist five stars on her own. I had my nails done for a wedding- unfortunately the manicure had completely chipped and peeled off by the third day. The bookih also significantly overran, as it was booked in for an hour, but it took nearly two. The price was very good and my manicurist was really lovely, but the staying power of the manicure itself was really poor- and given the time it took to have done, that was quite frustrating..
It was an amazing service . The staff are very friendly and they made me feel welcome. The result was very nice, that is why I would highly recommend this place. It is very close to the station, clean and with a lot of treatments. I will come back soon!
Classic Facials
You get what you paid for - expecting high class tanning booths was pointless, however, these seemed very old. Also 12 minutes of tan usually look on my skin a bit different - probably the lamps are not really strong.
Toilet is not very pleasant as well.
But if you wanna save some money, that's a good option.
Sunbeds and Tanning Booths
I had a great experience and very good results after the facial. My skin feels really taken care of. The consultant was very good in giving skin advise and treatment. I intend to try their other treatments as well
Treatment by Beauty Therapist 2•Classic Facials
I went for a microdermabrasion facial to Lemoge Swiss Cottage. The beauty therapist was Alham who was really excellent. She went out of her way to make this an excellent experience for me. She treated my skin with great care and was extremely professional and the microdermabrasion process was done gently and the massage and extraction was thorough and not uncomfortable at all. I would highly recommend this treatment.
