Staff was incredibly rude. Seemed more like I was an inconvience than a customer. Had to have my nails redone somewhere else. Also thought I'd just have my eyebrows cleaned up and the technician was very inexperienced and she didn't listen to what I asked for. Really bad experience and I advise against this place.

Good value as had whole leg wax for £6 less than the normal price of a 3/4 leg. But the place is not very clean. Not sure it was wax used as did not smell like wax. Was very sticky so maybe sugar.
