I would advise you not to have any kind of package or treatment in this "clinical fake". the staff is not really specialists at all! I paid and booked for a facial cleansing and when I presented myself, they did not even know my appointment and with an excuse I was told I would have to move the treatment for a week! So I did, and when I asked to be able to recover my face cleansing, I did not receive any more answers.

It was an ok manicure, Kim was friendly and efficient. The manicure didn't last as long as expected (shellac) but it was pretty.
The staff at the reception were not that polite-maybe they were tired as it was the last appointment.
