There were no staff in the salon when I arrived. I was waiting for 10 mins with still no one around. I tried calling the salon phone to see if anyone would come to the front, no one did. I walked around to see if I could see anyone but could not. I tried calling the phone again (after waiting for 20 mins), this time someone did come out and angrily asked if it was me who had called. I told them I had an appointment booked and they told me that only one of the Sun beds was working and that the only working one had no lights. I went into the subbed (which was pitch black) and had to change in the dark. The sunned itself had a foam mat on the floor which was sticky (extremely unhygienic as cannot be cleaned between uses). The bed was unbearably hot, even the handles got too hot to touch. I had to keep stepping out for air. I found the whole experience very unpleasant. The only good thing was the price - I guess you get what you pay for.
