Services are OK but staff vary in their expertise. Which is ok for waxing but lack of consistency and cleanliness is not great when threading eyebrows or doing a Brazilian wax. Would recommend for arm and leg waxing for the incredible value but that's all.

This is definitely not a spa experience you get what you'd expect for the price. That said I was very pleased with the result, tidy and efficiently done. 4 stars for the overall experience. I'd go again

I went for a sun-bed session and gel manicure. Sun beds are a little too hot and old but other than that good! Only downside was the therapists staff were a little unwelcoming. I had my manicure done by a different lady and they were really great and the lady was very lovely. Will definitely come back for a manicure.

I was kept waiting for 10 minutes even though I was there early and the therapist I eventually had was at reception for that whole time so she wasn't busy with another client. The room I was shown to was quite dirty with lots of dirt/dust at the floor edge and when I had got prepared for the massage the therapist did not then cover my bottom half with a towel meaning i was cold. The massage itself was very light and even after i asked for it to be stronger i was told she would eventually get harder....it never did; at times she felt like she was stroking me and I also had to listen to the therapist yawn throughout the entire massage. I left feeling like I hadn't even had a massage and have booked another massage elsewhere 4 days later. I had booked because of an extremely painful shoulder but she made no difference - terrible and would never go back and never recommend
