The place felt unclean and the therapist had just eaten prior to my appointment and clearly didn’t wash her hands which was gross. Although I booked a threading appointment, she spent most of the time plucking my eyebrows with tweezers, the hair grew back in a matter of days - certainly won’t be returning here.
