The beautician was very smiley and professional. they used good new hot wax, not the basic cheap one. for £20 I couldn't be happier, and I will come back! as other reviews say: it was NOT painless (the beautician didn't hold my skin to soothe the pain after ripping the wax, and I felt she didn't know as much about the technique as some other people who worked on me before) -- but it was still quite a good experience! the last 4 places I tried were awful,so I will come back to this brunch! thanks :)
