(-) Second time but the first one was better by far. I know wearing masks doesn't help but when mentioned what I 'wanted', it looked like I was asking for too much. Plus I noted (afterwards) that the beautician's hands didn't look clean. (+) I went to the wrong branch but they accepted to do my treatments anyway.

I had booked a premium service (VIP package with senior beautician) and it failed to deliver in terms of experience and result. I bled, lost skin and had more hairs snap than usual due to repeated waxing of the same areas, poor technique and possibly poor product. I have to commend the therapist's attempts in trying to be thorough, but I won't be returning.
