Had to wait 35 minutes for the pre booked appointment that should have taken less than 30 minutes (keep in mind I had arrived early). During this time several other people who arrived after me got served first and when I did get served the technician stopped half way through to begin doing someone else’s nails at the same time.

I am an experienced hot wax Hollywood user and NEVER has the hot wax been applied 5 times, with a cold compress being added in between application? Therapist resorted to normal waxing as none of the hot waxing worked. Took ages.I felt exposed and it was ridiculously painful. hair regrowth within 5days? The underarm wax left me with huge scabs on my right armpit? I asked for my brows to be tidied up-the therapist threaded them my full brows to half brows to 'make my eyes look bigger'. APPALLING!
