Staff were really lovely, and the room was very nice, staff made sure I was comfortable through periods of waiting for the treatment to work. However I was left with one of my eyelashes more curled than the other and you can see it very clearly, leaving me to still use mascara on both of my eyelashes to even them out, when usually the treatment allows me not to do this (I’ve had my eyelashes permed before, somewhere else and this didn’t happen)
