It wasn’t the individual lashes but instead clusters that I could’ve done myself, this wasn’t clear on the booking app. My appt was back and forth because their usual beautician was off sick- I would’ve rather they cancelled but instead they got someone from a different branch who didn’t know where anything was. She stated the medium lashes would look best, but then couldn’t find any! So she had to trim the long lashes after she stuck them on my face. She didn’t wear gloves or brush or clean my actual lashes beforehand. Don’t think it’s going to last long at all, my first time getting my lashes done and probably won’t ever get them done again.
