The overall experience was poor at best. The hair appointments are clearly not as important as everything else going on in the clinic. I was not greeted when I entered and when I explained that I had a hair appointment, I heard them arguing over who was going to help me. They were disorganised, unfriendly and unprofessional. I am happy enough with my hair but I will not be going back. They also were poor in enforcing COVID protocols like appropriate distancing and the use of masks.
