I booked an appointment so I was sure to have a slot, the 1st tech who started my nails was doing a nice job & was taking her time but 1 of the other techs kept looking over her shoulder & then took over & completely rushed my nails so they were uneven & really thick. Both then left as they were going somewhere which makes sense as to why she rushed. They did come back and fixed them when I complained so I’m grateful for that but I don’t think I’ll be going back for infills & will go elsewhere.
