I arrived and they were tripled booked! I had to wait for 50 minutes to get an upper lip thread. No one there knew a clue of what was going on! Very disorganised

Unprofessional!won’t come back
Mani& pedi: rushed she was juggling me and 2 other clients at the same time
Massage: so many wrongs, therapist with long nails that kept pinching me all over I even got some red marks and inappropriate touching, the table was unstable, she moved me around the room while in the table for her to reach out other sides of the room
Facial: she didn’t wear mask she had cigarette breath and kept breathing on my face the sponges were smelly, i had a terrible “treat” day

I really enjoyed my time today at Lemoge, I went in with medium length hair which over lockdown had been all sorts of colours and my lovely hair stylist was really attentive to what I wanted. I came out with a beautiful Bob that I haven’t stopped swishing since.
