The quality of the Hot Wax wasn’t great. I have had many over the years and this wasn’t good. The beautician herself said she didn’t like it. Strip wax would probably have been better if I had known.

My therapist didn’t make me feel very welcome and barely spoke to me. Wax was placed on the inside of my forearm and my skin turned red and burnt. My skin peeled the next day.
