Have been before for nails and was very impressed. The lashes looked lovely but by Saturday morning (I got them applied Friday night) some of them fell out! This isn't what I would expect when getting lash extensions.

Great value, and the staff are very warm and friendly. My 1hour facial only lasted 50 minutes which was slightly disappointing. It would be helpful for the staff to talk through the process/what they are applying. I would definitely be going back as the actual facial was great value!

Mona was absolutely fantastic. She was very professional, gave me great advice and was very thorough in the cut and colour. She had a lovely, friendly nature and offered me tea and sweets from home when she realised how tired I was. I would happily return.
