He experience was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Rosa did my hair. She was very sweet. They were ok with me bribing my 22 month old daughter and a friend and offered to watch my daughter while i did tanning as well. Only problem was he hair colour didn't cover the gray for very long but that may have been bc I chose too light a colour. Great value for colouring tho.
