Bin was full of used wax strips. Was rushed to have my waxing done as the employee had another appointment at 16:40. However my appointment was booked for 1hr. Was told she's really quick in waxing. Had hair still left, and was told they cant go over the same spot twice and told to take the extra hair off at home! Very disappointed!

Awful experience, I had to wait almost an hour for my haircut and was not offered anything to drink. There was no apology for the lateness. The cut was rushed as they were running late and I was not properly consulted. She started cutting my hair with my parting in the wrong place despite me explaining. Would not recommend.
