My overall experience was disappointing. I had to wait for 45 minutes, the beautician was nice but very slow, on top of the delay, it took too long to have my wax done. I also had remaining wax everywhere, it was not removed properly. I also had patches of hair that was not removed.

Friendly, the sun beds are powerful.. and you not need long. on my second visit they didn't have a paper towels on the room unlike the first time.

The appointment didn't start on time but the staff were very apologetic and polite about it. The hairdresser listened to what I wanted done and she used her experience to suggest styles which I appreciated. Overall excellent experience for the value!
