I have been having Hollywood waxes for years, and I've never had a problem with the pain, but this one was by far the most painful I have ever had. She also left a lot of hairs which I then had to tweeze myself when I got home. It was very disappointing and extremely painful, my skin hurt for two days afterwards.

The staff is very nice and the service very punctual. In particular the beautician that did the waxing was so kind and very professional.

The lady cutting my hair was so sweet and kind! She did a great job and I was thrilled with my haircut. Will definitely come back again.

I booked my hair root colour at this Clinic. Nadia was very nice and went through the colour mix to get the exact colour. I was there in the morning when it was very quiet but apprently salon get really busy in the afternoons. So I would recommend book early then you have the place to yourself.
