The clinic was not aware of my appointment and so I had to wait about 15 minutes. The tan room was pretty dirty and they did not have any 'stick-on-feet', which I have seen in every other spray tan room, to prevent the soles of your feet from getting tanned. Instead, a very dirty towel was put on the base of the tanning enclosure. The lady who was applying my tan did not speak English very well and gave somewhat confusing instructions.
The tan did look good in the end, but this should be the very least you get for £20, which is more than a lot of other places.

The venue is clean and tidy, comfortable. Staff nice and polite. I was satisfied with the treatment (waxing). It was quick and comfortable, not painful

I was really disappointed with the treatment here. I'd be absolutely amazed if the therapist was actually a trained masseuse, there were no actual massage techniques at all just rubbing oil over my back. It felt a bit unprepared and but relaxing from arrival. She did say after 'its just a relaxing massage' which would have been fine - but it wasn't even that. I booked a Swedish massage, of which I've had many in the past and this was almost laughable. I really was disappointed, I was left with all the tension still in my back and neck and £25 lighter. Very frustrating. Wouldn't recommend it unfortunately, which I hate to say as I wanted it to be good. During the treatment you can also hear shouting and conversations of other people working there outside the room, really not very relaxing ! So sorry Lemoge.
