Although I have been attending to the same brand for a couple of years already (in different locations: Queens Park and Edgware Road), and all my previous experiences were 5 + stars, I must confess that this last time was a bit different. The person who served me seemed not to be very confident on the treatment. Not only she used a different technique from all her other colleagues, but also I had to ask her to please keep going as she was assuming the service was already done (it was a Hollywood waxing, and she was kind of surprised when I asked her to please also do my “back side”.. otherwise, I would have only paid for Brazilian waxing). Also, I had to touch my self (without previous notice nor sanitising my hands for such), and when I got home I could see there was a few long hairs left right on my “front side”. Anyway, overall it wasn’t too painful and I have always been happy. My negative review would be for this specific member of staff who, as I said, seemed not to be really keen on this. Maybe the other ones were busy and she just found herself into it too late. Next time I make my booking, I will specify to be served by any other member of staff, as that will provide me with the same great experience as in the past.
