The customer service at the front reception is quite rude, they seemed upset that I had arrived early for my appointment. However, this was all made up for by the fact that the lady who did my laser treatment was exceptionally professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing cleansing facial and the woman that was taking care of me even added in an extra treatment as she thought I needed it for no extra cost. Really lovely staff, very welcoming and kind. I'm already planning on going again! Really really recommend it!

This was my second visit to Lemoge Clinic and my overall experience has been unsatisfactory. Although I was satisfied with the result from the Hollywood Strip wax I once again had to show the 'wax expert' of a considerable amount of hairs she missed. I also felt duped by the fact that I paid for a Hollywood and Underarm wax but was told before starting my treatment that I would have to pay extra if I wanted to remove ALL hair in that area (front and back). This was not mentioned at the time of purchase and to my knowledge is usually included as part of a Hollywood wax for NO Extra charge. This experience of course made me feel cheated and unsatisfied. As a result I would not attend this clinic again.
