Total lack of transparency. I’ve been coming here monthly for a year and never paid for removal - nowhere in the shop do they say you have to pay for removal; it’s not on any price list in their salon nor is it an option to book on Treatwell. So I had no way of knowing I’d be charged as it’s never happened before yet they wouldn’t let me leave without paying £8 for removal. Won’t be coming back. Not worth it.

Fantastic haircut at short notice with really lovely staff. Ambience of salon is not v relaxing, bright lights lots of noise but otherwise excellent !
