Waxing was great considering it was my first wax after giving birth as a birthday treat to myself, I was scared it would be very painful but was pleasantly surprised Shahla was very accommodating and helpful and did her best giving I have stubborn hair. Would highly recommend her services.
The mani pedi was a bit different I've been here before and was quite disappointed with the service this time I wanted a shellac upgrade and agreed to pay £20 extra with a free design of 2 lines included on fingers and big toes. The ladies doing the job were fine but then the same manager came near the end to tell me I need to pay more for the design as they usually charge £2 per finger. I told that wasn't the agreement and who in their right minds would ever pay £20 for 2 lines?? If it was an elaborate design then I would understand but 2 lines?? She then told me if I won't pay they will take them off I told her go ahead but the lady doing them continued anyway however my big toes were not done ruining my birthday treat. Not happy.

Pedicure and manicure were done to a good standard. No frills treatments and ambience but does the job and very good value. Also love the massage chair- very firm massage for a chair!!

very good eyebrow threading, but the room for wax smelled very strongly of paint which the beautician explained was the was cleaner, but found it strange since ive never experienced this before.
