I suffer a lot while waxing. Normally I use numbing cream when I do Hollywood otherwise it would not be bearable. I made the lady aware of this as soon as I entered the room and asked to start from the most delicate part, so that the cream does not wear off.
While the waxing went on I felt it was very painful even with the cream and asked the lady if she had ice. Didn’t sound crazy to me but apparently she found it so funny she laughed and said “do you also want salad?” No I * don’t. I want to not feel pain and ice is normally used to treat pain.
Even tho I asked to start from the most painful part she only did half and moved on to do the rest of the body. Then at the end asked me “do you want to do the back” obviously I could not go on as the cream had already worn off.
This service is appalling. She couldn’t even get my legs done properly. I noticed a spot she missed after she put the oil to remove the wax and she shrugged saying it was too late as the oil was already on and I was too jumpy (in pain) to do it properly.
Well lady if you learned some manners and some sensitivity maybe you’d do your job properly.

I’ve been here before for a spray tan and had a good experience. This time the spray tan turned green after two hours. I think the bottle was expired. The staff is very nice but need to check the bottles.
