Recently I booked an appointment at Lemoge clinic in Edgware Road. I had the worst experience, firstly it says in store it’s £12 for removal and I paid £15 online which is ridiculous. Secondly, instead of soaking my nails and gently removing my acrylics, the lady ripped them off my fingers. Causing one of my nails to bleed and there was no apology. Tried explaining it to her but as there is a language barrier this was difficult. Even asking for a plaster she kept saying it’s ok it’s ok
