Unbelievably unprofessional. Came twice with appointment and they wasted my time both times. First time im made to wait 40mins for a treatment WITH appointment. I reschedule, come back a few days later with second appointment. They have erased my name from the register and pretend like i changed the appointment (i had not and i can see my name faded from register). Then ask me to wait half hour again for my treatment because the women had overbooked! No treatment given and no reimbursement.
