The hair stylist was great, attentive and caring, but when I left the salon I touched my hair and the top of my head was literally not properly washed, I had to wash out all the remaining shampoo when I got home. It’s weird she didn’t notice it when drying my hair.

Booked a pedicure and manicure. Had to wait for a long time to be seen. Booked at 5:15 and had to wait until 6:30 for treatment. Nail technician was in a hurry and seemed pushed by therapist at desk to go faster. Drying stage was hurried. The top of my nails did not seal properly 2 days later nail varnish was off on one of my fingers. I went back to complain but the receptionist/beauty therapist was very defensive and never acknowledged the nail treatment had not been done properly but blamedme
