I visit this place regularly and usually happy with the service. On this occasion, however I came accross a rather rude therapist. Her waxing technique was very painful and she made me uncomfortable.

Quick and easy to use machines, not the cleanest next time I’ll bring flip flops but friendly staff, good value for money and a helpful atmosphere, I’ll definitely use again!

I probably came at a problematic time. Additionally, they really tried but the wax just wasn't good. I ended up leaving bruised and needing to shave at home to make up for some bits they missed. Do however need to say they're extremely nice and polite.
