Paid for 2 different areas for waxing for my mum, once in room therapist threaded the areas instead of waxing and then tried to get her to pay again. Usually have a good experience with this salon, however on this occasion the therapist was not polite or professional

I went for my eyebrows wax and tint.. lady who was doing my eyebrows didn’t know how to speak English and i was explained to her that I don’t want my eyebrows to be thin but she didn’t listened she spoiled my eyebrows and didn’t tint properly… but I spoke to supervisor she apologised and ask me to do it again or offered me some free treatments which I refused to do … next morning i saw that lady burned my eyelid and there are 2 big scars .. I couldn’t go to work or can’t rest of this pain
