Usually a really good experience but this time was not. Facial usually lasts 55 mins but only around 30 mins this time with no extraction or the usual steps. They seemed busy and overbooked but I think then there should be communication or compensation. Put me off going again. The purifying facial I usually get burnt my face and I have had to spend the following days treating it myself.
