I have wonky eyebrows now!!! It was my first time here and the lady who waxed my eyebrows didn't speak to me at all. I said I was unhappy and she just dismissed me. They are two different shapes, one longer than the other!! Terrible. Never again.

Usually a great experience but the service was really bad this time. Only lasted 30 mins out of the 55 and missed a lot of the usual steps. There was no focus taken and therefore mistakes seem to be made. Usually I really like it here but I don’t think I will be returning unfortunately.
