I arrived early for my appointment, yet was kept waiting for 35minutes at the reception for no apparent reason. The beautician was friendly and rectified the problem. Unfortunately the after-wax oil applied to my arms ruined my new shirt - the beautician applied too much oil and did not warn me. After sever washes, my shirt was still left with big stains. I emailed the clinic to inform them and still have not received a reply.
