I booked my appointment late last night for this morning but as per usual, the salon was accommodating! Rita is amazing as per usual, she is such a kind soul and always makes you feel at ease no matter what. I recommend her to everybody and they always come here!
The only issue I had was the way Lena spoke to myself and another client. Neither of us were complaining and in fact we were both about fifteen minutes early for our appointment however, that seemed to really irritate her which lead her to shouting at us all! The way in which she speaks to not only the customers but the other beauticians isn’t nice. Professionalism isn’t there.
Overall the beauticians in this salon are amazing and I’d definitely recommend.
