They were 20mins late for my appointment and no one acknowledged my existence even though I made them aware that I was on time.
Quiet disappointed to be honest,however the lady who did my facial was wonderful.

Awful. The gun was blocked and spitting on me. I left the salon in tears full of streaks to rush home and shower. The bins were full and the room was dirty. No full length mirror to see what was done on me - I was asked to climb on a chair to check my legs.
Also the fan wasn’t working so the beautician asked me to go to another room where there was a fan to dry the spray tan. After I refused to cross the salon naked she picked up a FLOOR MAT and proceeded to fan it on me?!?
Awful.

manager accused me of booking last minute when I didn’t, then told off the beautician in front of me blaming her for not checking the system, even though beautician was obviously very busy throughout the whole day. This made the beautician very nervous meaning that she panicked during treatment, and forgot to check the temperature of the wax so my skin has almost got burnt and is bruised. The management need to treat their hardworking staff better!
